To be able to work in a surgical assistant position you will need to have certification in CPR as well as life support. They must learn all that they can about the different vaccinations that are given, and pay special attention to the tuberculosis and Hepatitis B vaccinations. When you have this knowledge and it has been kept updated in your mind you will be able to offer your assistance whenever you are requested.

The surgical assistant salary is a marker for someone that is interested in working in the medical field. They can find a team of high profile doctors to work for and they will find that their careers are very secure.
